The first thing a new TouchPad owner should do is open the Phone and Video
Calls app in the Apps tab on the launcher screen. Once in the app select the
DialPad tab and enter the following in the dialer like you would on a phone:
1.##LOGS# (##5647#)
2.Hit the green Dial button.
3.On the subsequent Collect Logs screen, select Change Logging Levels
4.Hit the Set Logging To Minimal and confirm
为什么我点了那个Phone and Video Calls之后，就看到一个界面要求输入skype 或者
phone connection
是不是没有开通的就不用做？
根本没有输入那个号码(##5647#)的地方

你需要先登录skype，才能看到拨号键盘，然后输入那个号码就行了。
