him to get a ssn if he is a green card holder, right?

bank himself and gave it to his mom as an xmas present. And he told her
that she can give it back to him next xmas as a present (when it's all
filled...heheh). I thought that was one of the most creative gifts I've seen
. He was like 4 years old.
