收到邮件说有$10 surprise point for $10 clothes sold by sears。我选了衣服
seller sears.com不能用，又选了seller sears还是不能用。available redeem
points detail下面surprise point是0，全部是自己的point。求问到底怎样才能用上

Surprising points may not work for clearance clothes. Try other a little
higher price items. And make sure the seller is sears Not Kmart or others.
