Video capturing "video taping", so chances are you are old school. Your
cell phone should do just fine for you. If you ask people here. They will
refer you to buy 2k+ equipment which by their standard is "decent" but it
offers professional feature that unless you are really into videographing,
it's meaningless to you.

manually, where you can control aperture, and shutter speed. the next thing
to ask for, is 24fps at 1080p. you don't really shoot 60p, unless your plan
is to overcrank it to make slow motion. and you don't shoot 30p, because it
looks like tv broadcast, or home video. for cinematic look, you shoot 24p,
period. most people don't understand shutter speed for video recording. if
shooting at 24p, what are the differences between 1/30s and 1/2000s shutter?
the difference is in how crisp, or smooth the motion is. for instance, a
fighting scene, people have shot it both ways. in fast shutter, more details
will be brought out, such as dirt, sweat, or blood flying out. while in
fast shutter

现在市面上基本找不到一个小于3000刀实现FHD连续videotaping的相机，很多说是支持
FHD video的相机，其实连续开机不到半小时就overheat了。
