Depending on your personal preference and nonimmigrant category, there are
three ways to file this form with USCIS:
If eligible, you can file using the new USCIS Electronic Immigration System,
USCIS ELIS.
If you are not eligible to file using USCIS ELIS, you may still file online
using our legacy e-Filing system. You will be able to file your form and pay
your fees online, but you will have to mail your supporting documents to
the USCIS office processing your application.
如果eligible，可以在线填表然后寄支持材料过去吗？ELIS系统好像要很多别的材料，
太麻烦了，以前办过一次，当时没这个系统，现在还想用第二个老办法，可以吗？谢谢

有经验了。
