words from here will be appreciated:
1. From the training plan given by "smartcoach", there are about 1'30''
difference between tempo and long run. What strategy we should use to change
this pace? Slow down the frequency or narrow the stride? It sames decrease
the frequency is easier.
2. How to keep the pace consistent miles by mile during long run? Based on
your own experience or by checking your wathch frequently?

I would maintain the 180 steps per minute frequency, and just breathe slower
and relax.
Both. Breathing pattern is a pretty good indication. Although, naturally,
when you get tired you may have to breathe faster just to maintain the same
pace. But that should not happen often in training (and will almost
certainly happen in races).
Don't take the 1'30 pace difference too seriously. I take it as indicating
that if you already know your race pace, then doing the long run pace at 1

我觉得对于long run.怎么舒服怎么跑。不用太在乎是步频还是步幅 。
当然如果你是fast.那么一般认为。步频不变。180
对于一般人。其实pace关系不大。long run主要是耐力。
何况long run不能太快。如果后来pace掉太快。那么开始跑快了。
很多人long run后来要push. (比如bachfan说的1/3)

long run是要跑耐力。所以一般人认为不要太快(其实很多人+1:30就过于慢了)

THe speed work is intervals, or maybe called as speed out. I can run tempo
according to the plan, but the intervals are hard for me. Maybe I should try
more weeks until I reach the time in the schedule.
A funny thing I just find today: The training plan I got today from
Smartcoach is diffrent from yesterday based on the same presetting time, which requires faster pace in everything. And it will only give you GOOD LUCK rather than give the supposed finish time in you
