早上好冷啊，30F，Mizuno 上衣加短裤出去了。昨天版上讨论马拉松致死的问题。。。
还是让我有点
小害怕。。。我很怕死啊。。。
再次强烈推荐Mizuno Breath Thermo....不是做广告。。。穿一件这个真的不冷
强烈不推荐Mizuno 手套，几乎没用，手没知觉了。。。
我还是想穿短裤，但是实在是太冻了，我穿了内裤的。。。还是很。。。男生懂的。。
看样子还是得穿芭蕾裤了。。今天看到有人穿，好有趣啊，真跟跳舞似的。。
我切身体会，对于我这种新手，很难push自己去limit。。我早上想push到6：30的pace
，维持不了
很长时间。。 |

professional riders were sent to medical tent on the peak... one guy was
shaking with purple lips...

Altitude acclimation is definitely required. If you come to Aspen, we can go
ride a bike to independence pass
(12,000 ft) and begin the workout from there...

determined. Werid, huh? All you can do is acclimitization.

route. The elevation profiles looked
different, as I recall. Maybe they didn't film the technical part of the
course, but the MTB route doesn't look as
rocky as I had imagined.
