In the morning, 花了55分钟走了两英里。
走完了总算是把紧绷了两天
的肌肉松展开一些, 可以不要
扶手上楼梯了 :)
After lunch, walked another two miles with 15:00 pace.

You are recovering quickly ( a little too fast?) How about downstairs? it
still hurts here.

The first night after the race is the tough, but not bad.
both legs cannot be straight. Therefore I have to sleep either face left
or face right, cannot face up. However legs cannot hold in one position
too long. So I have to switch sides. That was a long painful night, but
I was happy cause this is the pain from finishing a marathon :)
Yesterday morning, I spent 10 minutes just to get up, then another 5
minutes "walk" to the bathroom.
The second night (last night) was much much better. Legs can stay
straight.
Now I still cannot get up from chair without support from hands/arms.
But I expect tomorrow I will be able to do it without hands support.
All leg muscles, every single piece of them, front, back, left, right,
upper leg, lower leg, corners are all sour and tight. But again, I am
proud of sourness, hehe. (Bian Tai ba?)
Interesting enough, knee pains seem to have gone away today! Only left
sour muscles...
I plan to have first two-mile recover slow run Thursday.

Man, you are a tough runner. You must have pushed really hard in the race.
Did you try ice bath? That should help.

Try a little more stretch and foam roller?
