bathroom apartment at Costa Verde Apartment. The rent is $657.5/month and
utilities are around $50/month. You would have your own room, own bathroom,
and a reserved parking spot. The apartment is very clean, quiet and has its
own washer/dryer. It’s located in UTC area, very close to UCSD, freeway
I805 and I5. Costa Verde village has swimming pool and free fitness classes.
