it's unrealistic and unsustainable to only have a small group of people
organize NUAABA events. the more alumni are motivated to help out, the

no doubt the team deserves a ton of credit.
after discussing with alumni from various classes, we recognize the
diversity of alumni needs from social to professional.
as we go forward, the alum network needs a collective effort. nobody can do
it single-handedly. that's why the key point of our message is to bring in
more people to help out.

这个alum network咋运作的呢？我还去了那个校友会的网站，可是看不到活动公告啊，
加入校友会啊之类的信息。不知道是有个什么地方统一贴预告还是基于群发email通知
的阶段？太孤陋寡闻了，上次10月份的bbq都给我漏掉了。

discussion board).
similar lunches and dinners will be announced through the subgroup.
alumni are strongly encouraged to participate in organizing future
activities.
each alumnus is the owner of the network rather than passive attendant.
for example, if you want to organize an alum picnic for those with kids,
just do it. :o)
