因为最近入住pleasanton, 比较感兴趣，就仔细听了一下
有former pleasanton mayer作为正方代表，还有一些反方
正方:
580两边，pleasanton 都是corporate, dublin都是high density housing/retailer
pleasanton创造了就业机会，没有得到任何credit,反而要被惩罚，如果pleasanton/
dublin/livermore是一个city, 就没有housing balance 的问题的
反方:
pleasanton很多为这个city服务的公仆，比如小学老师，fire fighter,收入在40K/y以
下，为city勤勤恳恳付出，却不能afford住在pleasanton
正方:
pleasanton hacienda business park已经规划好了，是工业区，车速快，没有park,没
有学校，没有grocery, 不能建高密度居住区
反方:
pleasanton city不能把权力放弃，比如要求devel |

勉强买个小condo加上管理费就基本不用吃饭了

No matter whatever the judge ruled, we can still have our way to get around
it.

Pleasanton needs to provide a plan, but does not need to actually build them

2. "...800 or so units of low to very low-income units". These units might
be trouble maker. Other affordable house ( 2,524 - 800) owners should be
fine. They might be simply one income or both have modes |
