买房了， 现在的apt还有三个月的lease, leasing office给了新的价钱, 1378$,
我们自己补上$1000的cash作为incentive, 如果有人能够在1月份搬进来， 合同是和 leasing office签。
小区里其他的几个空着的也是 $1378 左右, leasing office没任何优惠。

一直很好奇，象这种lease的early termination，penalty是怎么算的？如果penalty不

离中国超市很近， 到Cupertino的大华Ranch 99是2.0 miles. 到狮子城是 3.3 miles.
