为什么有人建议stay away from short sales, only focus foreclosure properties
?
Agents said that "there are too much hassles to deal with short sales".
是不是由于 it will take long time to close a short sales that is why Agent
does not like to deal with ?

核过程曠日持久,就算你的offer是full listing price, 将来也有可能被银行否决或
要求加价。最好找Listing price 已经被银行核准的那种,只要你offer full listing
price,2,3个星期内银行就会通过。至于Listing price有没有被银行核准,agent 可
以查的出来。 |
