有了游行许可， 警察为保证游行队伍的安全， 会出动警察和摩托车，将我们游行的
街道封锁， 使游行队伍在街道上顺利行进。也会维持秩序以御不测。
另外， 我们不要与任何人有漫骂，肢体冲突--那怕围观的人扔我们石头，旁边的人扯
出藏独的旗子。网上有人撺掇我们砸玻璃， 可见有不少人怀着阴暗的心理， 分解游行
不成功，就想把队伍变成暴徒。
游行时要在小节上反映我们华人的素质 -- 团结，文明，正义。 比如， 带水和吃的，
但别留垃圾。比如,服从组织者的安排, etc |

plaza is part of the parks and rec system)
police has promised to send officers there too
permit is on good progress, guaranteed. paperwork to be done tomorrow

虽然现在不在美国，看到为了争取尊严和尊重及下一代而奋起的人们，强烈给予精神上
的支持。
请愿要注意种种安全问题，要小心被一些藏独，仇视中国崛起的恶人利用。

美国华人，中国华人大家本来是一家，骂来骂去多没意思。
美国是民主社会，每个人都有权从自己的立场出发做出自己的选择，发出自己的声音。
但是这个游行的permit是组织者申请来的，组织者有权规定哪些行为是允许的，哪些是
不允许的。
肯请这次游行的组织者出来澄清一下规则。同意遵守规则的就参加游行。不同意的不参
加就可以了，不要添乱，也可以自己申请自己的permit，和其他观点一致的同胞组织自
己的游行。
民主不就是这回事吗？何必打打杀杀的？

regarding the rules:
1) stay on the side walk, and designated areas (bus captains/volunteers will
show you with a detailed diagram), basically the designated areas are
the strip of concrete/stone ground between the 2 lines of trees in civic
plaza
2) civic plaza grass is being reseeded. we absolutely MUST stay OFF the
grass (littlefish reports that they are enclosed off with fences anyway)
3) the public (non-protestors) is still assumed to be allowed to use the
plaza, so be prepared if someone wants to walk through our crowd. do not
block off their way.--- this is why we need to stay in areas on the diagram.
4) there will be portable toilets placed on the eastern end of plaza, you
could use those, or other restrooms in the surrounding buildings.
5) we MUST take out all trash, so please do NOT throw trash into the
existing trash cans; instead we will provide some cardboard boxes lined with
black trash bags, please throw in them, and our volunteers will collect
them.
6) police will be present throughout whole event, as well as park rangers.
police will guide us and block off traffic when we cross the streets.
7) our volunteer marshals will wear red fabric on their arms, and will help
rangers maintain order on the scene.
