友这样做过吗？在加州DMV换TITLE的时候，看到我的华盛顿地址，给不给换啊？谢谢了

license plate for the car.They just won't let you since you are not CA
resident.
You will have to pay local sales tax here when you get ur license plate
here. (You can drive back to WA with the temp license) |

哎，我其实是一年前从加州搬家过来的，早知道当时应该买个新车带过来了

税了吧
