老板接了活， 你就得干， 老板和人家说deadline,可能就是胡说
你做死做活也得交出来
公司要lay-off,很可能上来就把工作经验太多的人给砍掉
03年去北加，遇到好几个sr. engr。都是做IC design, 或者什么芯片的牛人
也都是李政道当年那个项目80年代初来米国的
公司要开刀， 上来就把这些家伙砍掉。留若干10年经验的人带一拨学生仔做项目。
所以sr. engr也不好玩。 还是做老板， 赚一票以后， 把公司卖了。
然后悠哉游哉给人家做做consultant。 一年做半年，玩半年。
前阵子我们group找了个老头临时做了俩月。就被这个家伙卷走了几万大洋。tnnd
我做半年大概还没他多， 然后据说他现在跑欧洲快活去了。 然后过了夏天回美国
没准又去哪个公司混混。 爽啊 | s******n
发帖数: 45 | 2 agree. a position is good as long as one enjoys the daily work. it takes
a lot of effort for one to find the suitable position. sometimes it also
takes more effort to make an existing position more enjoyable.
it's unfair to say one type of position is boring or not challenging. it
may be because the particular job in that company is not interesting, or
because your talent and personality is not a good fit for such work.
a management position may look good from the outside, but it may be even
