discussed issues about the World Cup, Mourinho’s transfer to Real Madrid
and highlighted his wish for Ramos to succeed him in Barcelona.
Speaking about the World Cup, Puyol said: “Brazil will not make it to the
finals this year, that’s just the rules of life.”
He later on talked about Real Madrid player Sergio Ramos, saying: “I think
him transferring to Barcelona is very complicated, and Real Madrid will not
let him go, but I wish he becomes my successor in Barcelona for he is a
world class defender.”
The Barcelona captain concluded with some words concerning new Real Madrid
coach Jose Mourinho, when he said: “Signing Mourinho is a great push for
Real Madrid, he has won everything there is to win.” |
