想找个律师事务所帮我弄,查了一下本地律师事务所的名单,没有招待专门关于这方面的.

发帖数: 132 | 2 if you only want to register a company, it doesn't matter what immigration
status you are have. I guess everybody as long as he/she has a valid ID, can
register a company in the U.S.
but for F1, H1..., you cannot work and get paid without proper visa. So as
long as you do not get paid from the your company, you will be fine.
You can find a corporate attorney to help to register or do it yourself. You
can find some website which helps people to register or go to the Secretary of

LLC不要求身份，但是INC/S. Corp/S. P....都要求至少绿卡的。
现在看来，俺更加喜欢S. Corp一些，已经把INC转成S. Corp了，有兴趣的同修
抓紧时间，3.15截止，不然2004年一年都不能动。当然对外宣传还是INC的旗号。
