paired use Mcnemar test; otherwise choose Pearson or Fisher exact test. For

testing different things. It's misleading to decide which method to use by
telling whether the data is "paired" or not.
For example, why 左眼和右眼 is considered paired, but cancer status and
smoking status (from the same subject) is not considered "paired".
