accumulate chips, it only means that MMs are believing the current price is
attractive, it does not mean the bottom is right here. One thing is likely,
when rebounce finally comes, the price will almost surely pass the price
where MMs start to collect chips.
And MMs might change opinions when new evidences come out.
Accumulation is a process. That's all I want to say.
