shares, there will be additional charge/share. But if you trade frequently(I
don't remember the number now) or have more than 25000 in account, the
price will be 8.
Personally, I think these two brokers have their own pro and cons, so I have

I guess this might be because my account balance is less than $25,000. I
might plan to add more funds into my accounts to reach $25000, then see
whether the charge is down. Do you know it is possible that the account type
I carried is regular type of account rather than premium one?

go there to check the commission. if you are newbie,you will be charged for
19.95 for first 36 trading(?). after that you will be charged for 10.95 for
36 to 108 trading, then if you trade much and you have 25000 assets, you can
have 8/trading.
personally, i don't think it is good choice, espicially for >1000 shares.
however, fidelity provides live-time quote. Etrade( i don't know others) has
15 minu delay if you are not active trader.

commission fee was imposed on me even if I have a more than $25,000 balance
in my account, right?
If then, I would transfer it to Scottrade to avoid higer commission fee.
One more question, if I transfer all to scottrade from fidelity including my
stocks I purchased already, will fidelitiy charge me some trasmission fee?

total is above 25000.
I used to pay 19.95/Trade too and after I upgraded to Gold, all my accounts
share $8/Trade. As of the limit of shares. I think above 10000, they will ask you to call to place order.
Scottrade is $7/Trade for stock over $1.

1) I have no 401k under the fidelity but only our company. Do you think the
commission fee will be down to 8$ per trade after the account balance is
above $25k?
2) or whether I have to upgrade to gold, I am able to qualify this low cost

on those early trades, and since then I got $8 per trade.
You can trade up to 10000 shares for $8. If you buy more shares, you have to
talk them. If you sell more than 10000 shares, it is still the flat $8 fees
