别听忽悠了，房市根本不会跌，2008年跌了一点，2009年就报复大涨了。
即使你在2007年最高点买，现在估计房价至少也比那时涨了30-50%了。
如果你20%首付，5倍的杠杆作用，你的收益是 （1.3-1.0)/0.2=1.5,就是150%的收益。
当然考虑你交的利息，也有超过100%的收益。比炒股好多了。
