。有没有想过大部分这些人FROM THE VERY BEGGINNING就不应该住在超出他们

they get a job they will pay everything back plus interest. What the use of

发帖数: 75 | 6 I feel that there is nothing wrong of the robo-signers of the foreclosure.
The thing that Banks did wrong is to gave the mortgages to those people who
has no stable or sufficient income to pay for the houses prior to the
financial crsis.
Most of the people pay 0% or less than 5% down payment, during the
foreclosure process, which is typicall longer than 1 year, what they lost,
is actually nothing compared to the rent they actually saved. |

of QE2 scheme.
The banks weren't wrong at the time either. That's a part of risk-taken.
There are still many people locked up their future earnings to the bankers.
The banks are not "creative" enough nowadays. They should allow the people
who couldn't afford the payment to modify their loans. Pay an upfront fee
and add a lease term in the loan so they can pay something back in a year or
two.
The key here is the financial reform bill. If the bill is repealed or
modified by the republicans after Nov.,the banks might be able to do this (
well it's now called predatory practice).

the bankers are virtually risk free, because they transfer most of the risks
to the investors. But that's a part of the problem now.

richer would go short-sale or loan modification.
