move up, we need huge market meltdown. I do not see that happening. I guess
it lacks momentum.
I had a trade for bonds in my 401k two weeks ago. I quickly took the profit the moved back to large value stocks (which initially outperformed bonds, but underperformed during the last 3 days)

Bonds give you 5% or at most 10% annual return. It is usually a SELL once it
breaks out.
In other words, you chase high on a defensive play. It is no longer a defensive play.

I like solar stocks priced below book value. Book value is my #1 rule in
selecting stocks.

I am not gonna hold it for a year.
Making 1-2% is better than sitting on the side line or losing money.
Anyway, different people have different risk management; I just played
rather safe.

I bought bonds on April 6, and sold it before it breaks out. Buy-low sell-
high is the best strategy for a play with almost reliable 5% to 10% annual
return.
Once its YTD gain is 3% after only 4 months, it is a SELL to me.

checked. JDSU is at above $21, but its book value is only $4.6 per share. I
never touch stocks like this, because if growth becomes questionable, it has
not much value left.
