weekly. She did not rent it out in December, so she and other people could
go there for couple of days.
No questions, there are lots of beach are better then this one. Still, I
enjoyed my stay there last weekend.

发帖数: 8319 | 7 去年在long beach住过两个星期，朋友买的度假屋，过街就海，整个南加的海滩，就没
有见过一个不烂的，人多有脏，沙子太粗，都下不去脚。。。

disappoint. A nice dividend will come in by the end of month.

你的NCT感觉上很像是IVR NLY之类的啊？是不是对interest rate很sensitive啊？
我读了一下他的fin.statement,太笨了也没耐心，实在是不太了解他们怎么赚钱的

发帖数: 4342 | 12 Very complicated, Actually, they are no long interest rate sensitive. Most
of there debt is the term debt like 7 years debt.
Lots of REIT borrow extremely short term debt, they are very sensitive to
interest rate change.
I spent quite a bit time to understand their business, it sure paid off big
time for me.
The management are among the best in the industry.
