FULL DESCRIPTION
Synergy Resources Corporation, incorporated on May 11, 2005, is an oil and
gas operator in Colorado. The Company is focused on the acquisition,
development, exploitation, exploration and production of oil and natural gas
properties located in the Wattenberg field in the D-J Basin in northeast
Colorado. As of November 15, 2010, it had 19,792 gross and 13,556 net acres
under lease, all of which are located in the D-J Basin. Of this acreage, 1,
507 gross acres are held by production. On October 7, 2010, it completed the
acquisition of oil and gas properties in the Wattenberg Field within the D-
J Basin from Petroleum Management, LLC and Petroleum Exploration &
Management, LLC. These properties include six producing oil and gas wells (
100% working interest/ 80% net revenue interest), two shut in oil wells (100
% working interest/ 80% net revenue interest), 15 drill sites (net 6.25
wells) and miscellaneous equipment. Effective November 13, 2013, Synergy
Resources Corp acquired 21 undisclosed oil and gas producing wells, located
in Wattenberg Field, Colorado.
During the fiscal year ended August 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company
drilled and completed 36 development wells on its acreage. As of August 31,
2010, its estimated net proved oil and gas reserves were 4.5 billion cubic
feet (Bcf) of natural gas and 672.8 thousand barrels (MBbls) of oil and
condensate. As of November 15, 2010, the Company identified over 60
development and extension drilling locations and over 20 recompletion/
workover projects on its existing properties and wells. As of August 31,
2010, approximately 48% of its estimated proved reserves were oil and
condensate, and 52% were natural gas. |
