J.P. Morgan said its $24.44 billion profit marks an all-time record year for
the bank, surpassing last year’s record of $21.76 billion. The bank has
grown significantly post crisis, snapping up WaMu and Bear Stearns. The 2015
record compares to a profit of $15.37 billion in ’07. While it was JPM’s
best profit ever, it may not be an all-time industry high. Citigroup
