file IT-203.但既然只是may be,那就是说你也可以file IT-201.
我见过一例,按非居民报划算过按居民,因为不用交NYC TAX,但一样可以有NYC
SCHOOL TAX CREDIT. |

income里的,而是单独用flat rate另算。见下面连接:

and would not be reported on a Schedule D because they are being taxed at a
