LD在外州,我在加州,报州税的时候能married jointly吗,还是只能file separately

的税。你可以在你老公所在州把这些
税作为credit要回来以防止double taxation. 但是如果你老公所在周没有州税(比如
WA), 那他还是要交这部分税给加州。
