have been in US for a while and now on H1B... supposed to submit the federal
tax as resident. but i moved from another state to NY, so only stayed half
year in NY in 2010. so am I supposed to fill in as non-resident or part-year
resident? and if it's part-year resident, what are the forms that i'm
supposed to submit?
