房吧?可是有好些个月没有人住在里面,应该可以算passive rental loss吧?再加上
maintenance, repair, depreciation等等,应该可以claim相当可观的deduction吧?
这样的话还可以同时file schedule A和E,岂不是可以赚一大笔deduction? |
