None of the above. Acturely, you don't try 控制方向 by telling any part of
your body to do it. For any shot, serve, forehand, backhand, etc. you do
this: EYES on the BALL, MIND on the TARGET, in another word, you aim with
your imagination, the ball will go there automaticly, the acuracy is depend
on how much practic you did.

pretty bad.
Use deuce court as an example:
No pronation: middle
with pronation: T
no pronation but add more wrist snap: wide

but more realistically - you can affect your serving angle with your ball
toss to some extent.
