I searched online and found Americans also complaining about the waiting
time in the DL office. some guys said they waited not that long in suburban
offices while some said they spent around one hour waiting in such places.
it really depends. Anyway, I'll give it a try.

in Texas, you do not get that credit when filing tax return with the old
state.
I had the same situation before, argued, and finally give up.

我前几年都是填两个州的税表
lp在M州，我在N州
M州交M州工资的税，N州交N州工资的税

这个本身就是合法的
填resident + non-resident的税表就好了
另外，比如我以前在外州开车
来德州以后不开车
凭什么要我renew驾照？
