houses are above 300k and nothing fancy. Most of the good lots have been
sold out and the sales man is so rude to ask me to leave after hearing my
price cut. I feel that they don't care about their customers at all. I just
don't know why Pine Mill Ranch is 30k less than Cinco Ranch. The only
difference I can see is CR has more trees than PMR. There is another
community called Westerheimer Lake North and it is even cheaper than PMR.Is
it safe to buy there?

线,但本身地不多。
要说划算的话,肯定是Pine Mill Ranch划算;Cinco Ranch的品牌费至少是30k以上,
将来的HOA费也比其他小区贵。看你想要什么了。

elementary school there......Cinco ranch is good at re-sell value, and have
a lot of pools, tennis court to choose....beach house and lake house.....
Pine mill lacks of these.....limit choice....

I work in Hwy 6 and I 10, so I am choosing among CR, PMR, SR.
How about Silver Ranch? Is it good?

the price is ridiculous....I worry if I buy it now and can't sell it later.

了。值得买。整个小区环境设施都好一个档次。每年贵的hoa费有限,但是活动设施多
多了。不差钱就上cinco。 |
