pair, top pair, nuts, etc.)? (assuming reasonably deep and similar stack in
all examples)
1. You raised preflop with position. he called. Then he bet the flop first.
2. preflop all folded around. You (small blind) called, then he (big blind)
raised to more than 3BB.
3. preflop, someone raised to 3BB, he (small blind) called. big blind has
yet to act.
4. He bet the flop, you called. Then he went allin at turn.
Does the game | y********n 发帖数: 2063 | 2 should be no answer.
depend on the players.
donkey lead sometimes have trips or two pair, sometime totally air there, and he feels if you miss, you can not call there. For example: Ace(spade) 2h 7h, if he donkey lead there, you have kqo, you can not call there.
Someone can slow play with AA there.
Someone could bluff with nothing there.
And flop texture is also crucial for the situation. Just you see, big actions are based on both guys hit
And your image to other guys.
Today, I play a tourney. T

| y********n 发帖数: 2063 | 3 Suppose you are in BB, have 1010, button raises to 3bb.
you have to call,
flop ace queen 5,
you check,
button raise. to 4BB
Do you fold right away or call? If you call, what should you do next street?
I watch one guy(BB) played, he calls 4bb raise. turn is 8 , BB leads out
with 6bb. and wins the pot.
I do not what button has, he may fold kq there.
You win extra big pot there.
I guess another way to play is to lead out after the flop. This way is more safe. Your hand turns 1010 to 27. But go

- Someone said usually he's weak in this case (top pair with bad kicker at
most). I think the reasoning is: if his hand is strong, why wouldn't he
check? You can try to raise here to bluff him out.
2. preflop all folded around. You (small blind) called, then he (big blind)
raised to more than 3BB.
- His hand might be weak because he tries to take the pot down right here.
But I think it's very hard for SB to call out of p | f*****g 发帖数: 15860 | 6 1. it's more likely a probe bet than value. like if u bet pre-flop, he calls
. now there's an A on the flop, he's betting (size is the key) to see if you
really have an Ax hand or weaker hand like JJ, TT.
2. pretty standard, BB should not let SB in cheaply. with position over SB,
BB gets a lot of room to play post flop. or, if SB folds, win right here.
3. a call for 3xBB from SB is always a strong singal, unless he's really
donk.
4. depends on board texture (flush/straight draw?), it could be 50

| i********r 发帖数: 1153 | 8 1. donk bet is a great weapon to have to combat the constant late position b
lind stealing raise, since nowadays most competitive players have a pretty w
ide open range from late position, donk out can fold out lots of their air t
ype of hands and itself has great value. apparently the range is player depe
ndant and you need to gather some information before you can evaluate his ra

2. very wide range. he'll have position postflop, SB showing weakness unless
he balances this play with strong
