beyond counting. 我看过一部份老版的。作者是个Harvard graduate. 曾经被赌
场诬告cheating 做过 4 天牢，后来官司打赢了，赌场赔了他60多万刀。
太多数学了，不太好懂。更像一个手册，还不太明白为什么会卖这么贵。 版上有多
少blackjack counter? 或其他行当的advantage player？有机会多交流一下。

But seriously, only in a field full of stupid gamblers there would be people
paying 2k for a book which involves things that can be solved with minimum
mathematics/probability background. This also reminds me of "there will be
range" that costs 900$. I read that book (for free of course). I think it is
decent, but I would not pay more than 10$ for it.

is about. The issue discussed definately can not be resolved with
minimum math/probablity, also these knowledge could be very valueble to
certain group of people.

or mathematics.

high price.
my copy was bought at 250$ by a friend though. the old copy(published at
2000) used to be sold at 500$ at ebay.
