另外，现在我们州要求必须是ECEI 或 AACRAO 的学位认证，这两家除了收费不同，还有

I know old guys can get PE without certification authorization, but now, it
looks like a MUST

Does that mean you don't need to waste that money, any suggestion? I know an
Indian went to other state to do the EIT exam, because some some state don't
require the cetification
