我朋友和我两个人，打算从boston到montreal（and quebec city） road trip.本来4
个人，可是现在只有两个人能去。我们已经拿到签证的。征征看有没有签证在手的朋友
想去。我们打算租车去的，玩个3.4天。我朋友不会开车，我可以开车，虽然曾经有单
独长途驾驶的经验，但是要在canada开车，所以还是需要找到至少一个有长途开车经验
的朋友。男女不限，最好也是两个人，这样你们两个可以分一下房费。至于旅行具体时
间，计划，我们可以慢慢商量 ：）有兴趣的朋友可以站内信或发邮件给我ray8511@

and west. in quebec, there is only one. about 40 per site per night.
for dinner at Montreal, make reservation couple of days early at Au pied de
cochon. not open on monday.
for lunch/dinner at Montreal, try http://www.schwartzsdeli.com/index2.html, smoke meat (recommend medium, other choice are slim or fat) sandwich at lunch open at 10:30am, or combo/steak at dinner (close at midnight). On the same street, there is one bread store, delicious!
for breakfast at Quebec city, try Casse-Crepe Breton
for dinner at quebec city, try aux anciens Canadiens (reservation highly
recommended).

quebec city's weather is not predictable, could rain even thought forecast
says sunny, so bring raingear
in Quebec province, radar detector is illagle. usually speed limit on
highway is 100km/hour, which is about 60 miles/hour.but it's common to drive
70-75, sometimes 80mph. cop is rarely spoted on the highway.
learn basic french, such as yes/no, monday to sunday, west/east,
parking in montreal is difficult at some place, especially at old montreal,
usually $16 flat daily rate if go to parking struct, but there are some
street parking (coin or credit card), free after 6pm weekend or free after
9pm Mon-Friday usually.
most museum in montreal is close on Monday. but free on Wed night.
Quebec is more European style, more hilly.

发帖数: 1130 | 5 sorry we didn't visit Ottawa. I read some reviews online which discourage me
to visit it. it's capital, if you get time, you certainly can visit. but if
you only get 3-4 days, then probably no.

发帖数: 1130 | 6 post your detail day-to-day plan, so I know your taste. It will help me to
make some suggestion. you like food, bicycle, driving, musuem, chat with
local people, take picture, bar...? some bar got 200-300 review, with 4.5
rating, and open til 3am, but it's not my type, maybe you like it?
for me, I drive 1700 miles within 4 days. driving is manageable. boston is
almost half of the distance, so you should be able to see a lot in 3-4 days.
