I have U.S. residency (Green Card). Do I need a visa or an eTA to visit
Canada or can I use my Green Card?
Starting March 15, 2016, visa-exempt foreign nationals who fly to or transit
through Canada will need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA).
Exceptions include U.S. citizens and travellers with a valid visa. Read
about the changes and how they may affect you.
As a U.S. Green Card holder, you do not need a visitor visa to travel to
Canada. However, starting March 15, 2016, you will need an eTA if you plan
to fly to Canada.
At the Canadian border, you will need to present:
your Green Card, and
your valid passport. Note: not a U.S. passport.
If you travel by air, the border services officer will also verify your eTA.
最后一句话很迷惑人。现在（March 15, 2016之前）坐飞机去加拿大，到底要不要eTA?
另外，我去办eTA的网站看了一下。如果以前拿过加拿大visa,需要填Unique client
identifier (UCI) number。这个号码在那里找阿？visa上好像没有这个。
