Take a guess what these "poor" people use the cash for, and
whether they'll get hungry for doing this:
"The charges allege that the "runners" would be sent out to find people who
had just received their monthly SNAP benefit card, which works similar to a
debit card. The cardholders would run up a transaction at the store
pretending to buy groceries and then be given half the amount back in cash

group.
On the other hand, waste in defense along is many fold of those welfare
abuse. For those welfare abuse, mostly it is piece by piece , while for
defense waste, it is whole scale huge deal.
In this board, WSN teabaggers only gaze at cents, they never question
