2月6日，阿拉巴马州伯明翰市（Birmingham, AL.）的“好朋友海鲜中餐馆”（
Good Friend Chinese and Seafood restaurant）内险些发生命案。一名顾客向餐馆老
板秦春轩（Chun Hin Ching，音译）抱怨在菜品中发现蟑螂，秦春轩随后竟向这名顾客
开枪。
据《纽约每日新闻》（New York Daily News）报道，因向一名顾客开枪，6日，现
年52岁的好朋友海鲜中餐馆老板秦春轩在伯明翰市被指控谋杀未遂。
6日晚间，20岁的非裔女子杰塔瑞·沃克（JatariWalker）来到位于丹尼森大街（
Dennison Ave）的好朋友海鲜中餐馆点餐，准备外带。她点了一份套餐和蛋卷，付了7
美元后离开。回到车上以后，她在蛋卷里发现一只蟑螂。
沃克当即决定回到餐馆，要求老板退回7美元。沃克向秦春轩说明情况的时候，秦
春轩非常不高兴，因为沃克当着其他顾客的面，指出餐品里有蟑螂。经过短暂的争论，
秦春轩把钱退给沃克，沃克转身向餐馆门口走去。
就在这时，秦春轩拿起手枪，向沃克的头部射击。沃克回忆道，秦春轩向她开枪，
她撒腿就跑。“我能感觉到子弹擦过我耳边的声音，”沃克说。
伯明翰市警察局发言人肖恩·爱德华兹（Sean Edwards）表示，秦春轩被指控谋杀
未遂。目前，秦春轩被押送至杰斐逊县（Jefferson County），已缴纳10万美元保释
金。
警方认为，秦春轩意图用手枪射击沃克，但打偏了，子弹打在了餐馆的门框上。整
个过程无人员伤亡。不过，秦春轩并没有向警方说明，自己为什么要向沃克开枪。 |

外卖中有蟑螂？ 加州夫妇涉嫌密谋勒索中餐馆被捕
中新网8月23日电 据美国《世界日报》综合报道，美国加州一对夫妇被控宣称在外卖食
物找到蟑螂而向一名中餐馆女老板勒索，他们已被欧本市警察逮捕。
39岁的波斯沃兹(Larry Warren Bosworth)和36岁的瑞贝卡·波斯沃兹(Rebecca
Lynn Bosworth)18日下午以密谋勒索和勒索的嫌疑被关进普莱赛县(Placer County)监
狱。
警方指出，波斯沃兹夫妇联络当地一家中餐馆的女老板，宣称他们两周前向该餐馆
购买的外卖食物中有一只蟑螂。他们告诉这名老板，假如她同意支付大笔现金，就不会
通报卫生局，也不会向新闻媒体透露此事。
受害人同意在当地咖啡店与波斯沃兹夫妇讨论付钱一事。双方见面时，波斯沃兹夫
妇再度要求以钱交换不提出投诉。
受害人表示她需要与丈夫讨论，也需要时间决定是否付钱。波斯沃兹夫妇给受害人
很短的时间做决定。接着受害人联络欧本市警察局，询问嫌犯的要求是否合法。
受害人与警探合作，打电话给波斯沃兹夫妇，同意他们的要求。她在短时间内开出
支票，而波斯沃兹则同意不提出投诉或通知媒体，并将把有关投诉的所有文件交给受害
人。
警探监视受害人将和嫌犯会面的咖啡店，看到受害人与波斯沃兹夫妇完成交易离开
现场后，便逮捕波斯沃兹夫妇。警方呼吁若有人知道波斯沃兹夫妇其它类似的活动，尽
快与警方联络。 |

在晚间，在女的车里（灯光肯定不够亮）。吃一口中餐的蛋卷，在蛋卷里，还能借助车
里昏暗的灯光发现蟑螂。太让人怀疑了。

而且都已经退了钱了，老板要是不是觉得自己对，是不会这么生气的。所以我说老板也
是被逼急了。
老板开枪当然会受到惩罚。女的现在说自己被枪击以后吃不下饭睡不着觉。摆明了一辈
子的诉讼都会等着这位老板。老板的店也关了，过去的存钱也会随着法律诉讼东流去。

If he had wanted to harm her, pretty sure he could have done so. Fact of the
matter is, he was probably just fed up with the attitude and the
entitlement mentality of so many of the people who come in his restaurant.
Not all, but a good many of them are probably just as rude, demanding and
act like they are owed everything. And that's their problem, not his. I'd
say he probably was just sick and tired of dealing with the daily **** * t
and he just lost his cool. The shot wasn't intended to kill the girl. I bet
she'll never forget it and I bet she'll think twice before she goes off
somewhere & starts acting ghetto because she didn't get what she wanted. At
least I hope she learned a lesson. But people like her usually do not. Too
bad for that. Praying for Mr. Ching. Hope he gets out of jail with no
charges and moves his restaurant where he don't have to deal with this kind
of garbage.

I personally don't think it true because I stay over there and I love the
food and the eggrolls and I've never found a insect of any kind in anything
I've purchased from them .so I don't believe the alleged incident. I do
think that he probably needs to move to a new location because this was not
the first run in he's had concerning a firearm.

@BigAl While not trying to excuse Chung's behavior, I know exactly what you
are talking about. It's crazy how grown adults (particularly in low income
areas) can have such overblown senses of entitlement, but I see it on a
daily basis . It's pitiful.

I think that was a real coward move on Mr.Chung part and I hope the state
takes his buisness license. I also hope he does a little jail time so he can
think next time before he pulls something like this again.

Two sides to every story and we're only getting hers, making herself out to
be peaceful, civil and quiet. I doubt that one hundred percent. I've been in
there and seen how some of these people act like heathens and treat the
workers disrespectfully in that place. Like they got some kind of right to
be nasty and rude and demand and yell and holler. Hope mister Chung is freed
up and then I hope he closes his restaurant and moves to a better
neighborhood where he'll be treated with respect.

居然先退了7块钱，然后追着人家屁股开枪，打中自己的门框，被关监，还交了十万美
元保释金。
买提的gun男纷纷叫好。
