deal."
Such remarks by a major presidential candidate have no modern precedent. The
United States government is able to borrow money at very low interest rates
because Treasury securities are regarded as a safe investment, and any
cracks in investor confidence have a long history of costing American
taxpayers a lot of money.

第二，国债将大降，如果跌成shXt，最后甚至不用赖帐，就能廉价收回。
第三，前提是政府收支能基本平衡，短期（5年内）不再依赖国债
投资人都不傻。你有没有还债能力大家看得到。尤其政府这么透明的开支预算。出路无
非是1）通货膨胀，美元慢性死亡，或者2）赖帐，长痛不如短痛。
