Using cxterm on SUN OS 5.6, I can't press f3 or shift+f3
to set input-method.f4 -- f9 doesn't work either.
I can press f2 for "input chinese::NEI4 MA3" and f1 for ASCII input.

Start cxterm with "-hid ".
