lsof does ( get it from sunfreeware.com)
Basically /usr/proc/bin/pfiles in solaris 8 also could show the binding
between process id and socket port number.

thanks. pfiles works for me.
now the problem is that I don't have permission to run pfiles on some
processes, sigh
