Three mid-size bedrooms in a Fairfax single family house are for rent
starting now.
The house is 1.5 mile north of George Mason University and 4 minutes' walk
to CUE bus stop (free for GMU students and faculty). The house is in a
safe and nice neighborhood and near major Asian supermarkets and commutes (
29, 50, I-66, 236...).
Three mid size bedrooms for rent are on walk-out basement level - $450 each.
Or you can rent all three rooms altogether for $1200 (perfect for a young
couple).
These rooms have a separate entrance from the back of the house.
- All utilities (electricity, gas, water, Verizon FIOS Internet) are
included.
- Kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, powerful Typhoon range hood and
refrigerator), bathroom and laundry room (washer & dryer) are shared.
- Plenty of off street parking.
We just bought the house so we try our best to keep the house clean and
decent. We hope the prospective housemates are neat, clean, and nice.
Female is highly preferred. No pets No smoking please! One month deposit
is needed.
