It locates right around the corner of Dulles Toll Road (Rt 267) and Reston Parkway, near to Reston town center. The apartment has its own washer/drier inside, gym in the complex, a lot parking space, fast internet with basic cable TV channels (more than 20 channels). Rooms can be unfurnished, or, I can provide twin mattress, desk, chair, light.
I take the master bedroom with its private bathroom. I am quite flexible
towards renting. I am thinking to rent the other bedroom and the full
bathroom in the hallway to one person at $850 including all, or 2 person at
$950 including all (2 persons cost more utilities). I am also fine to rent
the bedroom to one person at $600 including all, the living room (curtains
can be put to make sleepy area) to another person at $400 including all.
Only quiet/clean people are welcome. Living term is flexible, long term or
short term, 1 month in advance notice upon leaving. Also, 1 month rent as
deposit, which is refundable upon leaving.
I am very quiet/clean female professional (programmer) in my 30's, came from
China 10 years ago. I mainly go to work in business hours and stay in my
own room in non-business hours, limited friends/guests visiting. If you are
