我原来是H1B 身份, 后来拿了结婚证辞职后 FILE了F2, 现在F2 还在Pending, 又拿到
一个新的OFFER, 在办H1B, 想请教下, 我可以去墨西哥的US 领事馆 TIJUANA 签证么?
因为看到他们使馆有写明以下不能签: 1. Applicants who entered the U.S. with
a visa issued in their home country and changed status with Department of
Homeland Security in the U.S. who seek a new visa in the new visa category.
or 2.Applicants who entered the United States in one visa category and are
seeking to re-enter the U.S. in a different visa category. 所以不确定我以
前拿过H1B, 现在又是F2 PENDING, 想转H1B 是否可以去那个地方签证. 各位请赐教.
