发帖数: 8496 | 3 you mean you go back to China and come back to Canada when US visa is issued?
Some people just return to US using their I-94 to wait, although it is not
allowed. But it's not practical to wait in Canada for 1 month, that's why
US consulate give you back passport/I-94 or US boarder CBP rarely stop you.
Just remember to use visa stamp to reenter again before you want to file I-
485. AOS can forgive this previous violation if you reenter with visa stamp
, but it was a previous violation non-the-less. |
