发帖数: 1028 | 2 I guess depending on your price range for the place, high end place will
require better flooring.
But if all you care is durability, nothing beats a sealed concrete floor or terrazzo. We used concrete floor (heated) and concrete contertop in our rentals.
I have gotten a few cheap rugs if tenant ask for it.

classy.
