it. just say you want to take vacation is enough a reason.
of course according to the policy of most companies, you need management
approval. but this is for scheduling issue, not for if you are allowed
to take vacation.
first check with your HR to see if you can carry these 8 days to the next
year. or if you can cash out these 8 days (they give you extra 8 days of
pay) if you want to. vacation policy varies a lot fr |
